Room	A single 7.5 mat room with bath, shower, and toilet.
Meal	Breakfast and dinner are included except for Sunday and national holidays.

Shared Facilities	Coin laundry, ice machine, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, telephone, copy machine, toaster oven
Washing	You can use a shared coin laundry.

Boarding House Rules

Rooms are rented on a weekly basis. If you only plan to stay for 10 days, you must still pay two weeks worth of rent.
If you are planning on doing a homestay and then living in a boarding house (or vice-versa), you must submit both application forms and pay both application fees.
All application fees are non-refundable even if the student decides to cancel at a later date.
In the situation that we are unable to find a host family, your homestay application fee will be converted to a boarding house application fee.
