Situated within easy reach of 24-hour facilities including restaurants, a supermarket, convenience stores and bank. The Odori Park is only a 10 minute walk away. Internet access available for a fee.
Room	A single room (chair, desk, bed, unit bath).
Meal	Breakfast and dinner (except Sunday & National Holidays). Lunch box available for a fee. No meals offered for ten days in Obon, New Year weeks and at the second half of March.
Furniture and appliances	Desk, chair, bed, plastic drawers, lights, blinds, heater, refrigerator, TV.
Shared Facilities	Kitchen, guest room, dining hall.
Washing	You can use a shared coin laundry.

Application Fee: ¥6,000
(Overseas residents: ¥10,000)

• Rooms are rented on a daily or monthly basis. If you plan to stay for more than 20 days, the monthly basis estimate of rent is applied.
• If you are planning on doing a homestay and then living in a boarding house (or vice-versa), you must submit both application forms and pay both application fees.
• All application fees are non-refundable even if the student decides to cancel at a later date.
• In the situation that we are unable to find a host family, your homestay application fee will be converted to a boarding house application fee.
